PROGRAMMES & SERVICES
STEP UP MENTORING
A structured mentoring programme that pairs your employees with motivated young people, providing an opportunity for personal development, career guidance, and industry insight over a 12-month period. This programme is specifically designed to fill a gap in service provision for care experienced young people who are often excluded, or feel excluded from mainstream mentoring programmes.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We actively engage with local communities to create a positive impact and promote inclusivity. Our initiatives provide a platform for underprivileged youth to thrive, fostering a sense of belonging and contribution to society.
EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVES
Our empowerment initiatives aim to equip young individuals with the tools and resources they need to overcome obstacles and build a promising future, instilling values of resilience and determination.
APPRENTICESHIPS
If you want to start earning and get qualified, an apprenticeship can offer you the best of both worlds. Apprenticeships offer a fantastic way to earn while you learn. You'll get a job with a salary while studying for a qualification and receive practical, on-the-job work experience at the same time.
